Cancellation Conditions
As you know the last few years have been a time of change and difficulty especially in holding programs. In order to allow our program to continue we had to make some changes to our registration and cancellation process, that we would like to tell you about.
As always we would appreciate it if you register as soon as possible to make it easier for us to plan ahead, we have limited spots as well and they may fill up quickly.
Since most seminar locations have struggled a lot financially in the past years, they are now requiring stricter cancellation policies in order to protect themselves. In order to hold the program we will need to meet these as well, therefore we will require you to transfer your participant fee within 14 days of registration to the following account:
Should you need to cancel your registration, we will need someone to take your spot, it can be someone you recommend, or someone that we find. If we are unable to fill your spot, we may only be able to reimburse part of the amount, or none at all, since we will have to pay for the spot ourselves even if it stays vacant.
Unfortunately it hasn’t been possible for us as an organization to find insurance for this scenario. We recommend that you insure yourself privately, luckily there are options as a private person (not an organization or company) to find insurance that will reimburse you should you be sick and unable to attend.
As always we want to make it possible for as many people as possible to attend our program. If you cannot pay the amount we are asking, please register for a scholarship or ask for an individual payment plan under info@youngsitameditation.org. We will try our best to find a solution together.
